Spotted this nice wall painting at abandon old building next to the HSBC bulding around Jalan Haji Saman, Kota Kinabalu.

This building was believed has been accidentally burned down and it was used since the Jesselton era in 1945.

This painting is actually not a grafiti art from my point of view, it’s merely to mural painting or wall painting. Obviously the paintings are still not complete where I still can see some areas paint with a black outline.

Not quiet sure who’s the one responsible for all these painting, it must be from amongst the Sabah tourism industry itself I might think.

Who ever it is, it does not matter as I think this is a good move for keeping the Sabahan valuable heritage on it’s right track instead of just having the building to become old and crack and later turn down.

After all, big thank you to those who involved with the painting.. I would really love to join them with this ‘aramaiti’ spirit..

Oh nice, that spot has been left unattended for so long. It’s about time someone do something about it.
