Yes!! Title say’s it all..

While browsing + uploding into my blog, I now only realized that WordPress.com is no longer 50mb of storage… it’s now 3GB! Now thats was really damn good news for Made In Sabah as I’ll be uploading more best resolution quality pics from now on.. means more great stuff with good quality pictures for you all soon… I really feel happy about it! 😉

Thaipusam Festival

The Thaipusam Festival is a Celebrated mainly by the Tamil community on the full moon in the Tamil of Thai (Jan/Feb). ‘Pusam’ refers to a star that is at its highest point during the festival. The most significant aspect of the festival is the carrying of ‘Kavadi’ (burdens) by devotees, in which ‘Vel’ skewers pierce the flesh and are carried around as sign of devotion. Special prayers are held and meals are served to devotees and visitors at the Sri Maha Subramaniar Temple in Lok Kawi, located some 25km from Kota Kinabalu.
